Limited Warranty TOP
Elrey Enterprises, Inc. 220 Hurst Lane, Corydon, IN 47112. The manufacture of the Woggler™ does hereby warranty to the purchaser of this Woggler™ that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Manufacturer shall not be liable under this warranty for failure by the purchaser to properly install any replacement parts and components of the Woggler™ . Subject to the conditions stated in this limited warranty, manufacturer shall replace this product, without charge, if the product fails to perform due to a defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase date of the product for this limited warranty to apply. Manufacturer specifically disavows any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the conditions or the use of the product.

In order to return a defective item to Elrey Enterprises the customer must have a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and a Return Product Form (RPF). These can be obtained by calling customer service toll free at 1-877-964-4537 and must accompany all returns. This will ensure that your return will be processed in a timely manner. All returns should be made via a traceable carrier in order to ensure return delivery. Returned items should be shipped to Elrey Enterprises with freight prepaid. Always follow mounting and dismounting instructions carefully.
Do not use the "Woggler™" without proper protective equipment (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards).
Only use the "Woggler™" in wide open areas free from dangerous obstructions and or obstacles.
It is unsafe to use the "Woggler™" when its feet are too worn. Refer to the illustration above and be certain to follow all instructions.
The "Woggler™" is designed for use only by persons whose weight does not exceed 300 pounds. Use of this product by an individual exceeding 300 pounds will void its limited warranty. If you weight exceeds 300 pounds, DO NOT use the "Woggler™". Persons who use the "Woggler™" in violation of this design limitation incur the risk and failure of the product and or physical injury.
Always use the "Woggler™" in a well lighted area.
Never use the "Woggler™" after drinking alcoholic beverages or using any type of prescription or nonprescription drug which would make you drowsy or affect your motor skills.
Never use the "Woggler™" on public streets or sidewalks.
Never attempt to use the "Woggler™" to jump curbs or other obstacles; the "Woggler™" is only to be used as a walking device - not a jumping or climbing device.
