II. WAYS TO USE KNEE PADS
Knee
Balancing
Kneeling on the Woggler™ with knee pads in place,
holding your back straight
and your arms down, work to pull your feet
off the floor. This forces your
body's stabilizing muscles to work
extra hard.
- Knee Walking
In the same position on the Woggler™
attempt walking the Woggler™ by shifting
your weight from side to side.
If you do not succeed in walking the Woggler™ the
attempt itself is very
good exercise for core strength. Notice the variety
of exercises with
weights, swinging your core body to the left and to the
right and
lifting the weights while you are balanced on your knees.
